All of us at H. Hirschmann LTD are proud to have been part of the successful team to finish the Winthrop House project with Lee Kennedy Company. Nice job LKC!

As mentioned on the Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. LinkedIn page:

“Lee Kennedy performed preconstruction and construction services for the complete gut renovation of one of Harvard University’s iconic River House Dormitories – Winthrop House, Standish Hall. The building, originally built in 1913, was renovated on a fast-track 15-month schedule. Scope of work included complete demolition and reconstruction of the interior including a historic restoration of existing library. The project also included all new MEP infrastructure, electrical upgrades and an exterior restoration package that consisted of a new slate roof, rebuilding of the chimneys, repointing, exterior wood restoration and new windows. Check out this video on the project to learn more!”

At H. Hirschmann LTD, we could not have been happier to team up with such a great group of people. Please enjoy the video at the top of the page outlining the project.
